How do I contact Books/Reading?

What are the payment methods available?  

We offer secure and safe payment methods. 

We accept BPI, BDO and Metrobank (for reviewers only). 

We also accept Shopee and Lazada supported payments including cash on delivery if items are ordered via our Shopee or Lazada accounts.

How do I change or cancel my order?

All submitted orders are considered FINAL and must not be altered or cancelled after submission. All received orders are automatically processed and arranged for dispatch to ensure timely deliveries (for on-hand items). Make sure to finalize your orders first before submitting the checkout form.

You may make changes to your order during the checkout process. It is not possible to change/alter or cancel your order once it has been submitted. 

 

Can I change my delivery address, name or contact details after submission of my order?

We cannot make changes to your order and delivery details once the order has been submitted. You may make changes to your order during the checkout process.

  

Do you do meet-ups?

Unfortunately, we do not do meet-ups. Items are available for shipping. 

 

Does Books/Reading have any physical stores?

Books/Reading does not have any official physical stores. All orders are coursed through online and are shipped/ delivered. 

 

Can I return or exchange an item I ordered?

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since receipt of your parcel, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Such returns and exchanges must be assessed and approved by us first before pushing through. Books/Reading has the right to decline returning or refunding.

Note that due to hygiene concerns or supplier requests, certain items are non-refundable, non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Should this be the case on a certain item, such conditions are stated/ specified in the product details.

If we buy in bulk, do you provide any discounts?

Yes, we may. Just contact us for bulk orders. We may also offer sales once in a while. We will announce our sales and other promos in our social media accounts. 

 

Does Books/Reading have any promotions or sales?

Yes. Special promotions will be uploaded on our website and social media accounts. For faster notifications on our special offers, you may subscribe to us via email or follow us in our social media accounts to keep you posted.

 

Are the prices at Books/Reading negotiable?

Prices at Books/Reading are fixed. But depending on the quantity and availability, we can offer special discounts for bulk orders. Please do contact us to inquire. 

 

What should I do in case of damaged shipment, incorrect or missing item?

We ensure that products are well-taken care of for safe delivery. Products are well wrapped, packaged and sealed. If upon delivery, you see that the product/s are somewhat damaged or tampered, please do not accept the parcel and return it back to the delivery person with notes/ remarks. You may also contact us to report.

We may also have sent your items separately for multiple orders. Please check your order details thoroughly. If an item is still missing after all items have been delivered, please contact us to report.

 

Can I still place an order even if the item I am ordering is out of stock?

Please contact us if you wish to order an item that is out of stock so we could check if that specific item will still be open for restocking.
